Apprentice adjuster license details
The pre-license education requirements state that you must have 6 months of training. Obtaining an apprentice/trainee license will last 4 months and then the individual must wait two months to apply for an individual adjuster license.
Emergency adjuster details
In the event of a catastrophe, an individual that holds an adjuster license in their state can adjust a single loss in the state within a calendar year. The Director of Insurance requires a notice in writing of any adjuster who is looking to adjust in response to a catastrophe.

Exemptions to CE
Licensees are exempt from the CE requirements if licensed for fewer than 24 months. Limited lines and temporary licensees are also exempt, as are producers who have maintained an active insurance license in the state since 1979.
What if a producer missed the renewal date?
There is a 24 month reinstatement period where you must meet the stated CE requirements as well as pay associated late fees. If it has been 12 months since the license expiration, you will have to be re-fingerprinted.
